Shipping & Returns
We ship orders daily and our cut off for same day dispatch is 1pm. We only do tracked shipping, so you have the maximum information about your shipment.
The Netherlands (1-2 business days)
Tracked Shipping: 7,25€
EU (4-7 business days)
Tracked Shipping: 15,50€
Switzerland, UK & Norway (4-7 business days)
Tracked Shipping: 18,50€
Rest of the World (delays at the moment due to the pandemic: 14+ business days)
Tracked Shipping: 29,30€
Additional charges for Non-EU countries such as Custom fees or import taxes are not shown in the Checkout or handled by OGheads and therefore fall under the customer’s obligation.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped using a Post NL service. We ship daily and orders placed before 1pm should be shipped the same day (Mo-Fri). Please excuse that sometimes shipping times may have delays and note orders will be delivered Monday – Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

How do I return unwanted items?
You can’t return any unwanted items! Due to hygiene and collectors purposes, we don’t accept returns nor do we give refunds! OGheads will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
